I did receive an email from their support stating I should receive an email with instructions on how to renew. Has anyone else had this issue or know exactly how to extend? I don't see an option to extend? I contacted Education support but they are useless (on average it takes them 6 months to solve my cases). Then you can, on behalf of your school, either extend the existing license (if the software release is still available/supported), or you can obtain a new, 1-year educational license for a later release of its chosen software product. Visit the Autodesk Education Community, sign in to your account and if prompted confirm your eligibility for educational access to Autodesk products and services. My school’s current 1-year multi-user/network Educational license for an Autodesk product is due to expire/has expired. I read this in an AutoDesk article (also a suggestion when creating this post): I need it to either expire in September or to be extended for another year. Because of this, the software is set to expire in a month (May 2021). I am the AutoDesk administrator at a college and last year I grabbed the software before I found out it changed from 3 year licensing to 1 year.
